TERMS OF SERVICE

-General
These are digital commissions, and they will be delivered using a digital method only. I won't send any physical copies.
I have the rights to refuse any project to my sole discretion.
Once details are confirmed and the commission is ready to be accepted, I will send you an invoice for the payment.
Please do not alter my work without my permission.-

-Do's:
Original character (any gender, poc features and any body shape(negotiable)
Humans / Humanoid
Nekomimi
Muscular man
Furry / Anthro
Graybeard

-Don'ts:
Anything that is offensive, explicit, and innappropriate
Robot or mecha

-Payments
All payments through Vgen's payment systems.
I will start drawing once full payment is made.
Prices may vary depending on complexity of the commission.

-Revisions
3 free revisions allowed ( sketch/linework/color phase).
Major changes after given/approved revisions may be charged extra.
Please be respectful towards my time and effort and i will do the same for you.

-Deadlines & delivery
If you want the order to be faster than usual depending on the drawing you have ordered, you may request an additional price.
Usual turnaround time may vary from 1 week to 1 month.
Major/detailed projects may last longer.

-Use
NFT usage, use for training AI, or tracing is strictly forbidden.
The digital illustrations are for personal use, which includes purposes such as profile pictures, background images, and personal enjoyment.
The final work may be published by me on any of my social networks or pages (always indicating that said drawing is a commission) unless otherwise specified.

-Intelectual property rights
I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs.
I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

-Refunds
No refunds will be provided once the work on the artwork has started. Please make sure to only commission me if you are sure and are financially able to.

-Communnication
Please contact me through VGen, but you can contact me via Discord (alvichan), or instagram as well!
I can communicate in Spanish and English!

-WARNING
If you engage in scamming activities (e.g., requesting a refund without justification after the commission has been completed, or using a character for which you have not been granted permission), I will be forced to publicly expose your username and payment email address to warn others about your actions.
